Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to all quotations, samples, and orders handled by Abeeha Leather Industry ("we", "us"). Placing an order or approving a sample constitutes acceptance of these terms unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the specifications, quantities and delivery terms described at the time of quoting. Changes to specification, quantity or materials may change the quoted price.

3. Samples & approval

Pre-production samples are provided for approval before bulk production. Bulk production begins only after written sample approval and locks the approved specification. Sample charges, where applied, are typically credited against the first bulk order.

4. Orders & production

Orders are confirmed in writing with agreed specifications, quantities, prices and a production schedule. Lead times are quoted in good faith from the date of sample approval and deposit receipt. We will notify you promptly of any delay outside our control.

Minor commercial variations in shade or natural leather grain, within industry-standard tolerances, do not constitute defects.

5. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders require a deposit at confirmation with the balance payable before shipment, via bank transfer (T/T). Letters of credit may be accepted for larger programs by prior agreement. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

6. Shipping & risk

Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF/CNF) are agreed per order and follow Incoterms definitions for the transfer of cost and risk. We prepare standard export documentation; import duties, taxes and clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

7. Claims & returns

Please inspect goods on arrival. Claims for shortages or defects should be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt, with photographs and affected quantities. Verified manufacturing defects will be remedied by repair, replacement or credit at our option. Products manufactured to the buyer's approved specification cannot be returned for reasons of specification.

8. Intellectual property

Designs, logos and branding supplied by the buyer remain the buyer's property, and the buyer confirms they hold the rights to use them. We do not resell or reuse buyer-branded products or artwork.

9. Liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
