Inside the factory
How your order gets made
Eight stages, each with a checkpoint. This is the process behind every glove, jacket, uniform and kit that leaves our floor — and the reason reorders match the original sample.

- 01
Material Sourcing & Grading
Hides, FR fabrics and performance textiles arrive from vetted suppliers and are graded piece by piece before anything is cut. Sub-grade material is rejected at the door — it's the cheapest place in the whole process to catch a problem.
- 02
Pattern & Sample Development
Your tech pack (or reference sample) becomes a production pattern. A pre-production sample is made, photographed, and shipped for your approval. Nothing goes to bulk until the spec sheet is signed off — materials, measurements, stitching, branding, packaging.
- 03
Cutting
Approved materials are cut in-house with dies and guided cutters, nested to minimize waste without ever compromising panel placement on the hide's best sections.
- 04
Stitching & Assembly
Sialkot's deepest asset is its stitching workforce. Our lines are organized by product family — glove stitchers stay on gloves, garment stitchers on garments — because specialization is where consistency comes from.
- 05
Inline Quality Control
QC checkpoints sit inside the line, not just at the end: after cutting, after first assembly, after finishing. Defects caught mid-process are corrected before they multiply across a batch.
- 06
Finishing & Branding
Labels, embossing, heat transfers, hangtags and retail packaging are applied to your private-label spec. This is the stage where the product stops being ours and becomes yours.
- 07
Final AQL Inspection
Every shipment passes an AQL-based sampling inspection covering measurements, stitching, functionality and packaging. Third-party inspection agencies are welcome — we're comfortable being audited.
- 08
Export & Documentation
Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and any market-specific documentation are prepared in-house. Air or sea freight, EXW / FOB / CIF — your choice of terms.
